I found Lynn last year while looking for an independent air quality tester not part of a remediation company as I wanted a true honest report. Lynn was contacted to test multiple buildings that are over 100 years old. Lynn was great with communication, had flexible availability, and was very knowledgeable in his field.Fast forward a year and I have another building with air quality concerns. I emailed Lynn and to my surprise, within hours I received a response, within a few days (scheduling conflict on part) Lynn was onsite and completing the test.Less than 48 hours later I had a very detailed report with recommendations. He also utilizes an independent lab for his testing samples which I love.Lynn is my go to guy!
I️ called today to get information about their services and although they don’t offer what I️ needed, he talked to me for 30 mins and gave lots of info and really helped me. He didn’t need to stay on the phone with me for free and offer advice but he did. Very professional and honest. Would definitely recommend.
The other companies I contacted immediately told me they don't do TVOC testing. Lynn explained how he could facilitate this test to be performed. Very professional and great communication. I would highly recommend this company for all of your air quality needs. Thanks Lynn.
Lynn was amazing!!! I called late Monday and he was able to fit us in Tuesday. He was very professional, trustworthy, and communicative. We talked multiple times before he arrived and he has followed up via email, phone, and a report. I will be using him again in the future if I need any additional services for testing.

My wife and I have been living in Florida for around 6 years, and we've always noticed that there are more air quality issues here than where we're from. However, recently we noticed we were starting to have many more allergic reactions (sneezing and stuffiness) in our home, which got better when we left. That's when I decided to go online and see if I could find an air quality specialist who could come out and tell If we had a problem with mold or other contaminants in our air. Evergreen popped up first, so I contacted them and left a message regarding our issue. Lynn called me back within 30 minutes. Now that's a record. I've never had a contractor nor repair service ever get back to me that quickly. We set up an appointment right there on the phone. He arrived 5 minutes early, did an incredibly thorough job in not only taking the air samples, but also checking air ducts, the HVAC system (noticed my air filter door was ajar and fixed it) and pointed out other areas of the house to pay attention to. Within 4 days I had a detailed report of each room sampled with a breakdown of everything that was found. Thankfully, no black mold. We've taken the remediation steps he suggested, and within 3 days, no more Benadryl tablets, and we're breathing better than ever. Lynn was prompt, professional, and followed up to answer all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Evergreen Air Quality to anyone who would like to take their home air quality to a new level and breathe a sigh of relief, just like we did.
